Roots Live Booking Terms
Effective: 10 September 2026
These terms apply to bookings made through the Roots Live booking website.
Prices and confirmation
Displayed “++” prices are subject to the stated service charge and SST. A seat hold is temporary. A booking is confirmed only after the payment provider’s signed server callback verifies the full amount. A receipt or browser success screen alone is not confirmation.
Tickets, tables and song requests
All guests, including infants, count toward event capacity. Roots staff assign tables after payment according to party size, accessibility and operations. Song requests are optional, limited to five per booking and are not guaranteed; Roots may select one suitable request for the performance.
Guest responsibilities
Please provide accurate contact information and tell Roots about allergies or accessibility needs. The kitchen cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Do not submit confidential or unnecessary medical details.
Changes, transfer and cancellation
One date-change request may be made at least 72 hours before the event, subject to availability and Roots approval. A ticket may be transferred for the same event with at least 24 hours’ notice and Roots acknowledgement. Refunds follow the published Refund Policy.
Event changes
Roots may make reasonable changes to seating, programme or performers. If Roots cancels the event and no suitable replacement date is accepted, the affected payment will be handled under the Refund Policy.
