Refund Policy

Please contact Roots as early as possible and keep your booking reference.
Guest cancellation
Event tickets are generally non-refundable because capacity and programme costs are committed in advance. You may request one date change at least 72 hours before the event, subject to availability and Roots approval, or transfer the ticket for the same event with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Event cancellation by Roots
If Roots cancels the event, we will offer a replacement date or a refund of the amount actually paid for the affected booking.
Exceptional requests
Roots may review exceptional refund requests individually. Approval is not automatic. Where approved, staff first complete the actual transfer through the payment provider or agreed banking channel and then mark the booking refunded in the Roots system. Bank and payment-provider processing times may apply.
How to request
Contact Roots using the number shown on the booking website and provide the booking reference, booking contact and reason. Never send banking passwords, one-time passwords or full card details.
